 Through our UBuild Service Partners program, YBB engages our socially responsible partners in building related projects that benefit local nonprofits and community organizations. Typical projects range from building and interior design, to landscaping and painting. Together with our partners, we have made improvements at the Boston Rescue Mission, the Codman Square Health Center, Children’s Services of Roxbury, and other organizations.
YBB provides all planning, prep work, and building expertise for each project. Trainees from our voc-ed programs help lead volunteers from our partners to get the job done. Often, we are able to work with our partners to cover part or all the costs of materials for projects. If funding for materials isn’t available, YBB will try to create a solution within your organization’s buget. All YBB needs is your cooperation in identifying the work to be done, and in coordinating project dates and times.
