UBuild Service Partnerships

Work alongside YouthBuild Boston trainees to transform a local nonprofit! The UBuild Service Partners program is an opportunity for socially responsible groups to sponsor customized service projects that make a big impact. Through UBuild, organizations leverage YBB’s skilled project managers, building and landscaping professionals, and trainees to benefit a local charity or public space. Each collaborative project is designed to deliver the greatest value for each dollar given, and each hour volunteered.

YBB will work with you to find a local organization or cause that will be the focus of your UBuild Service Partnership, or you may suggest an agency of your preference. We will provide all planning, prep work, and materials for the project. During the service day, our expert staff and trainees will give your volunteers instruction, guidance, and support to ensure that the project makes a lasting positive impact.

A UBuild Service Partnership is a powerful experience. The benefits reach far beyond a single day of service. Each UBuild Service Partnership facilitates a bond between YouthBuild Boston and another local organization, yielding long-term benefits for the community. Your organization and employees serve as a catalyst for this bond, helping two nonprofits, their missions, and the people that they serve.

Our corporate service partners include Bank of America, Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, Boston Private Bank & Trust Co., and CB Richard Ellis–New England. Recent UBuild projects have supported the vitally important work of homeless shelters, community health centers, and other local agencies.
