Save The Bees is an organization that works with local farmers to support organic, environmentally friendly and pesticide free farming for the preservation of land, water and people. We outreach to communities educating the public on healthy eating and the benefits of organic foods. We support local farm stands, co-ops and farmers markets. |

We just purchased our building at a great price, however it is in desperate need of a makeover. We want to creat a space in our entrance way that represents our mission and our community activities. This would involve putting up a wall to make it 2 rooms, installing shelving and a small indoor green house area. Outside we want to construct stands for local residents to display and sell their organic produce. |

The remodel will provide an education and resource center for the community. Local farmers can learn the lastest in organic farming, the public can learn the health benefits of eating and supporting organic goods. The center will also be a meeting place for neighborhood residents working to improve their neighborhoods. |
