Two townhomes designed to achieve healthy, energy efficient, affordable housing.

This two-unit building incorporates various types of energy efficient design, serving as a model for integration of green technologies into low-income housing.

This project was built to some of the highest standards for environmentally responsible construction, and has received the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Gold Certification.

This project features the use of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) to maximize the home's insulating potential. YouthBuild Boston is a member of the Structural Insulated Panel Association.
